Wendy’s great and so sweet! I was accidentally double-booked but she went the extra mile to reschedule me, and I really appreciated that. She was super accommodating and friendly, and made me feel super comfy during my first lash lift experience. TOTALLY recommend, she did an amazing job with my very minimal and short lashes haha. I had a wonderful trichology consultation and scalp treatment with Natalia. I truly appreciate her professionalism, attention to detail, and all the helpful recommendations she provided. I noticed an improvement immediately after the treatment my scalp felt significantly better. Natalia carefully listened to my concerns, identified the issue, and recommended the right haircare products and shampoos for me.
