My lash lift is going strong at 4+ weeks and the facial experience is deeply cleansing and luxurious. Love Kinselle's work and she's constantly upskilling and learning ways to elevate her services :)

I had a wonderful experience, Lai welcoming, professional, and attentive and of course she’s friendly and giving a good advice regarding what I need. My facial was relaxing, and my skin feels refreshed, glowing, and rejuvenated. Thank you for the excellent service Lai, will definitely be back! Thank you again.

Loving my hair! Did not go as light as I wanted but they cautioned me against lightening my hair too much! The result looks great!

I had hydrodermabrasion treatment done at Opal Medispa yesterday and my experience was excellent. It was my first hydrodermabrasion treatment and my skin loved it, I had a natural glow after the treatment, and my skin felt so light and refreshed. Komal is very good at what she does, she is knowledgeable and friendly and made me understand all the steps as she was proceeding. She also does pre treatment consultation and post care consultation which is great. I will definitely be scheduling my monthly facials here and recommend everyone to try out Opal Medispa.

Experienced a great time at Kilai. Our kids bought this gift for me about a year ago & my delay to go is my mistaken thinking. kiLai is very skillful in the massage as it reduces the pain on left side of my back. Cleaning of my face a first time is amazing. A very careful process. Thank you, Kilai.

Best experience with doing a facial. Kinselle was very informative and knowledgeable about every product she was using on me and was constantly checking to see if I was feeling okay during the treatment, which was so comforting and reassuring. She gave me skincare samples to help with aftercare, and my face feels amazing! I've also been going to her for Aerolase laser hair removal, and after only 2 out of my 6 sessions, my hair growth has already slowed down significantly. She's passionate and great at what she does and really cares about her clients, and I'm looking forward to my next appt!

I had the BEST experience with Kinselle! She is so friendly, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. I got the dermaplaning facial and my skin has never looked better—glowing, smooth, and refreshed! I felt so relaxed the entire time, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their skin. If you’ve been thinking about booking with her, don’t wait—go see Kinselle! You’ll leave feeling amazing inside and out.
