In my opinion, Laser Concept is the best laser clinic I have visited so far. As a transgender woman, feeling safe, respected, and welcomed is extremely important to me, and the team here has always been professional, friendly, and supportive. Had a laser hair removal session today — and I have to say, it was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had. Dar’ya is by far the most skilled and professional specialist I’ve come across in this field. She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and the procedure was smooth and surprisingly comfortable. Daria conducted a full consultation on the upcoming procedure, dedicated to all the details, also recommended creams that need to be purchased to protect the skin after laser hair removal. I had a gel pedicure with Marina and it was honestly the best care my feet have ever had. She did a scrub, peeling, removed my old gel, and applied a beautiful new gel polish on my toenails. Marina was so kind, welcoming, and always smiling, which made the whole experience even better. My feet feel amazing now. Definitely will come back next time 💕
