Honestly one of, if not the single best hair appointment I've had. I know what the expectation is since my sister is a hair professional herself and I've also been to tons of hair salons so I have that perspective. Throughout the entire appointment she checked in with me, asked questions to make sure I was comfortable, and explained every step clearly. Her recommendations for my hair care were genuinely helpful, and she even shared great advice about settling into life in Canada as an international student.
