In my opinion, Laser Concept is the best laser clinic I have visited so far. As a transgender woman, feeling safe, respected, and welcomed is extremely important to me, and the team here has always been professional, friendly, and supportive. The staff creates a comfortable atmosphere for everyone, regardless of background. The equipment is modern, the treatments are performed with great care, and the results have been excellent. Dar’ya is by far the most skilled and professional specialist I’ve come across in this field. She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and the procedure was smooth and surprisingly comfortable. Very friendly atmosphere. Daria conducted a full consultation on the upcoming procedure, dedicated to all the details, also recommended creams that need to be purchased to protect the skin after laser hair removal. I highly recommend it for LGBT people, especially those undergoing Male to Female therapy.
