I like that Kim is very thorough, and the wax studio is clean and neat. The onboarding process for new clients is straightforward, there's ample street parking. Five stars for servicing all genders.

It was my first time, and I’m extremely happy with both the results and the way I was treated. Kim is incredibly talented, professional, and genuinely friendly. So I just had my first ever facial at Face by V, and honestly… it was way better than I expected. My mom booked it for me. I didn’t really know what to expect, but V made everything really chill right away. The place is super clean and relaxing, and V is really cool—she didn’t make me feel awkward at all, even though I was kinda nervous. She explained everything she was doing, and I actually learned a lot about my skin. The steam part felt awesome, and whatever mask she used made my face feel way smoother than it ever has. The best part? My skin looked noticeably better right after. Like, I

I went back to Raw Tropics and had another great experience. The full-body wood therapy was honestly the highlight for me. It felt really good and helped my body feel more relaxed and refreshed. I felt a lot of care and intention was part of my session. I also did the sauna, which was super calming. I also had a wax done with Kim, who was amazing. She was patient, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Overall, the experience was a solid 10/10. I’m already looking forward to my facial next week and doing more wood therapy. Such a good experience every time.
