I had an amazing experience at Shangri-la spa - the massage was so relaxing, it was better than a sloth nap! The customer service team was also very helpful, although my initial appointment got canceled the day before. Fortunately, I had to settle for a 45-minute back walking and body massage instead of the luxurious 90 minutes of tabel shower that I had initially planned. Despite this setback, I'm delighted to say that Shangri-la Wellness & Massage Spa has won me over as a satisfied customer!

I decided to play the hero and surprise my significant other with a great Aisan massage...from the other side of the country. Thanks to Shangri-la spa, I was able to schedule and pay for the massage with ease! Sure, the massage therapist hit a few snags, but hey, no plan is perfect. I'll definitely be using Shangri-la Wellness Spa again for all my remote gift-giving needs.
