Such an incredible space! So peaceful and relaxing. The option between the infra-red and hot stone sauna is great, depending on what kind of sauna you feel like on the day. Would highly recommend to anyone! 5 🌟

This was my third time experiencing contrast therapy, but my first visit to Sweat & Chill, and I absolutely loved it! From the moment I arrived, Chelle made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She was friendly, professional, and guided me through the experience, making it both relaxing and enjoyable. The sauna and ice bath combination was incredible. Thank you, Chelle, for such a wonderful experience I’ll definitely be back and bring my 12 year old daughter with me✨

A perfect spot to reset. The space is beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly peaceful. The Host was so welcoming. I walked out feeling completely reset. Highly recommend!

Had such a beautiful experience getting my lashes done. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and Sophia was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I walked out feeling really beautiful and refreshed. Great experience, the service was impeccable, staff knew what they were doing and explained everything to me. The salon room was devine and clean and the bed was so comfortable. I loved my facial and will definitely be going back.

I had my first oce bath and sauna experience and it was amazing. Well guided by chelle the entire session, calm and relaxing. I also did the spinal energetics for the first time. It was a relaxing experience that was well guided. Chelle was so lovely and went through the steps to ensure we got the best out of session. Highly recommended

We visited the place after a hectic week and it was absolutely spot on! The private sauna and ice bath setup are unreal. Very clean, relaxing and exactly what we needed to completely reset. We’ll definitely be back!

Sophia is amazing! I've been getting my lashes done with Blinq for over 5 years now and can't rate the home salon highly enough. Sophia does an amazing job with my lashes and I always get compliments, she's quick, flexible and we always have a laugh.
