Elaine was wonderful! She made sure she knew exactly what my daughter wanted before she began, highlighting her brown hair with red exactly like the photo Lily showed her. The salon staff were all very friendly and they let me sit on the break room couch. We were there during a heat wave but the salon stayed very cool.

He carefully checked the length with me as they went and gave me a great haircut. Even though we had a language barrier and had to use a translator app, the final result was perfect! I am actually much happier with it than the haircuts I used to get back in my home country. During the cut, they precisely adjusted the angle of my head, which felt so professional and made me feel completely at ease. I would love to come back and have them cut my hair again!

She gave an expert breakdown about my face shape, the angle in which my hair grows, etc.. It reminds me of the allegory: "Give a man fish and he is fed for a day. Teach a man how to fish and he is fed for a life time." Elaine is also a genuinely sweet person whom I can tell wishes the best for my future in all endeavors beyond my hair.

Andrea cared about how I looked and felt. Even managed to squeeze in a coloring with her sister Ornella -- so I left with the complete look. Amazing people. Andrea was also so kind to this old lady , who probably didn't do her online booking right. Good to know people care about their long time customers.
