Elyssa is amazing! I've seen her for cuts, colours and styles since 2019, and her work never disappoints. She is a skilled artist and communicator, so I feel enlightened and understood when discussing my wishes. She's highly experienced and knowledgeable in haircare, so I also always feel safe and secure in her care. 100% recommend!

I think she’s a good stylist but I am not sure where the confusion about my time came from and because I liked her I decided to say nothing. I waited while she did someone else’s hair because I felt I would get my full time, but then she literally rushed what she did with my hair, repeatedly stating that she had until 7pm; but I arrived at 5pm and waited so I am not sure if the stylists are informed about the time to spend but this left a sour taste in my mouth. I felt rushed and felt my hair was unfinished because the stylist was not aware of the time to allocate to my hair.
