Incredible experience! Such a beautiful space and a perfect massage. Grace had the exact right balance of relaxing, calming elements and still feeling like she got into my problem areas. Not just a massage, from start to finish this is a nervous system reset. I’m normally a remedial/deep tissue gal but this is a perfect balance of soft flow and tension release. It never feels rushed and time is taken with each and every area of the body; from head to toe like a massage should! You start with a magnesium foot soak while Grace explains what to expect and asks where you’re holding tension. I was lucky to be receiving her new techniques that incorporated chest and stomach. Areas you don’t quite realise how much you need! I can’t talk her up enough, as a new mum this was beyond 🙌

This was my first time at Avaia Hair and the experience was great! A welcoming environment with a lovely friendly team. I got to enjoy a complimentary neck & shoulder massage prior to my hair being washed and Linda, my hair stylist was fantastic! She listened to what I was after in a cut with my extremely long hair and gave her advice on what would work well. I walked out feeling so happy that I chose Avaia Hair. Great experience, love my haircut, most definitely will be back.

This has been my best experience with getting my eyebrows, lashes and hair done. I usually only get a trim due to bad experiences with other establishments but I am glad I got the style cut. The products used and the atmosphere of this place is beautiful. And to top it off the ladies who work here are such beautiful people. So kind and well catered service, they had a perfect blend of work to talk ratio. As a person who doesn’t like small talk and gets awkward in these situations, I am grateful for this experience. Linda and Sarah are amazing at their work and will definitely have me returning
