My hair is very short, buzz cut actually. But, Jamila makes me walk away looking and feeling like I just received a silk press without the chemicals, lol. I love it!!! I highly recommend this shop. Come to Brooklyn and walk out strutting, like I did! 🤩

H2 Salon in Brooklyn is truly top-tier! From the moment I walked in—15 minutes late, no less—Daley, the owner, greeted me with a warm smile and treated me in stellar fashion. She’s not only focused on making sure you look amazing, but she genuinely cares about the health and integrity of your hair. That level of professionalism and passion is rare and so appreciated. Bianca, the assistant, is equally exceptional. She makes you feel special from the moment you sit in her chair, and her hands are incredibly relaxing—like a mini spa treatment in the middle of your hair appointment! Flawless!

Flew from Dallas to get the amazing services at Sew Brooklyn by Janice. Janice was so nice and professional. I loved my versatile sew-in. I haven’t had results like this in years. The shop is also beautiful, clean and offer drinks upon arrival by their great staff. Stellar shop!

As you walk in the door of Sew Brooklyn you are in for a treat! Well, at least thats what it was like for me. I had read the reviews and did my research for top Hair Salons for black hair in Brooklyn. It was all positive feedback for Sew Brooklyn. Today I am adding mine! This Hair salon is the best by far! Loved the cleanliness, the ornate and luxurious, setting; even my black and white poco-dot apron! I am a regular! From this moment on. Oh, yes, loved my hair! Shampoo, Conditioner, a Rinse to cover my gray, a short, slick, Bob Cut all for a reasonable price! Treat yourselves ladies!

Shereese is awesome! I got a sew in from her and it’s been one of the best I’ve ever received. It’s helped with the overall health of my hair as her braiding technique didn’t case any tension/breakage. Highly recommend :)

What a treat it is to come get my haircut and spend time with the lovely ladies at Crissel New York! Crissel is not only a phenomenal hairdresser but also kind, thoughtful, and funny. I always have such a great time chatting with her and her awesome crew (namely Rosie and Susie). Crissel always makes me look and feel fabulous... and at a great price. Even after moving away from the neighborhood, I still maker the trek back because I know I can rely on Crissel to make me look my best (and give me a few good laughs). Highly recommend this wonderful salon!

My first time visiting the H2 Salon Brooklyn and I had a wonderful experience, everyone was friendly and professional. My stylist JahLena was patient, empathetic, knowledgeable and super sweet. I didn’t feel rushed or judged and she took her time to learn about my hair journey and experiences. I was worried we would have to do a big chop but we were able to do a cute bob cut to allow my hair to grow healthier and fuller. Thank you so much JahLena and H2 Salon. This amazing black owned salon is an experience its self. From the cleanliness to the ambiance and the hospitality! You’re greeted and welcomed by amazing staff and high quality service. I’ve had the pleasure of booking with my hairstylist Cara, twice and Tash Blaque and every time I’m pleased and blown away with the experience I received. Cara is such a pleasant spirit and an even better hairstylist. She’s experienced and loves to make sure her client leaves content and satisfied. I booked the sew in experience and received a wash and set, blow out and styling with my ready installed weave.
