The renovated salon looks and feels amazing! All your staff are kind, friendly and professional. I had a not so great experience my first time here and I really wanted to give the benefit of doubt. I’m so glad I took another chance - I’ll be returning! Thank you for offering a salon for us in London - we are sincerely under acknowledged and I have yet to find a salon that compares locally.

I had an amazing experience at Braids and Wigs! From booking my appointment to the moment I left, everything was smooth and professional. I got cornrows done, and they turned out exactly how I wanted. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. My first time at this salon and it was great. I felt like royalty. The staff were friendly. The place was very clean and smelled wonderful. I got the hair spa and it was amazing. I had multiple stylist working on my hair. They were all kind, and professional. I especially appreciated the care and gentle way they handled my 4C textured hair. They checked in with me throughout the process to ensure I was pleased. They explained what they were doing. Excellent service. I highly recommend especially for black women looking for a trustworthy salon that know how to care for black textured hair.
