Everything was explained thoroughly, including what to expect during the treatment and how to care for the area afterward, which made me feel confident throughout the process. Violeta was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and professional. The treatment was much less intimidating than I expected, and I appreciated how clean, welcoming, and discreet the environment was. If you’re considering intimate bleaching or any skin-brightening services, I highly recommend booking with her. She truly cares about her clients.
