I had such a great experience! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I had IV therapy and a facial with Therese and Sabina, and they were both so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care and excellent service. I went in for the Anti-Aging Renewal Facial at Layora Aesthetics with Simna, and it was a really lovely experience. She paid close attention to my skin concerns and walked me through what she was using without overwhelming me. The facial itself felt calming, and my skin looked smoother and brighter by the end.
