I recently had a spray tan with Kelsey for both myself and my daughter, and we had such a great experience from start to finish. Kelsey was welcoming, professional, and made us both feel completely comfortable right away. She took the time to explain everything, customized the colour to suit each of us, and made the whole appointment feel relaxed and fun. We left feeling confident, happy, and already looking forward to booking with her again. i seriously can’t recommend kailah enough!! getting a brazilian wax can be super nerve-wracking, but she makes the whole experience so much easier. i’m literally all over the place laughing because i’m so nervous every time, and she just laughs with me and keeps me calm. she always makes sure i’m comfortable, checks in throughout the appointment, and never makes me feel judged or awkward. she’s so kind, patient, and professional. you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. if you’ve been putting off getting a brazilian because you’re scared, book with kailah. she’s honestly the best 💗
