She checks in each time about the kinds of products I’m using in my hair, that way if something is missing from my routine, she can recommend a product. She’s never pushy about the products either which to me is a sign that she really cares about the health of my hair and that’s why she recommends them, not just to try and upsell on a service. All I can say is money well spent. Everyone who knows me knows I am hard to please when it comes to finding a hairdresser in Toronto. Toronto hairdresser are too lazy and dont care about their clients. Before Mrs. Marva even started my hair I was planning my next visit. She is soooo dedicated and caring.
