Snagged a last minute appointmet with Mark as I really aggrevated a muscle at the gym. He asked me what areas were bothering and kept returning to that area. His approach was different that what I've experienced, a ying yang/countering with my legs and it did magic.

Always a positive experience. Sime was very personable, professional and thorough. A full body trim can be awkward, especially when you have a negative body image, but Sime put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and less vulnerable. I would not hesitate to recommend or book him again..
