This was probably the best massage I’ve had like ever. It was a mixture of massage, but stretch and like full body heaven. I turned into a noodle, heck it’s the next day and I’m still a noodle but definitely feel less tense and better on my feet. I will be back and cannot wait

Jay took the time to understand my tension areas, delivering perfect pressure to my shoulders, lower back, and the back of my legs.
