Not my first time at Sugar Sugar (it’s always the go to for sugaring!! Cannot recommend enough) but it was my first time with Jenna and the whole experience start to finish was great! Jenna is super friendly and chatty, I can also really tell she cares about the work she does and pays close attention to detail. I am very satisfied with my brazilian!

Great experience!!! Staff are really sweet. Meagan is a sweetheart <3 made me feel super comfortable, talked to me throughout the whole appointment, which helped distract me. Absolutely loved it and will DEFINITELY be back!!!!

Megan was so amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better surgarist for my first appointment! She talked me through the whole process, kept me distracted while I was getting my service done. It felt like talking with an old friend! Everyone I met was lovely there, I was nervous for nothing! If you are getting your first sugaring done, do not fret at all as you will be in great hands!

It was my first visit and I was welcomed so warmly into the space. I also had my appointment with Meghan who was absolutely AMAZING. She was so thorough and talked through everything she was doing which gelped me feel comfortable during the whole session. I will definitely be coming back!

It was my first time there but my second time getting sugared. I walked in there like a terrified puppy because my first experience was AWFUL. Megan took care of me today and it was like night and day.. she talked to me the whole time, made me feel comfortable and at ease. I'll be going here for the rest of my life lol

Rachel is so sweet and kind. My hair was a tad longer so I was bracing myself for a painful session but was surprised that I barely felt anything, and I’m premenstrual so more sensitive. Rachel asks multiple times if you’re ok and or if you need a fan or a break, your comfort and safety is top priority. I come here every time I’m back in Canada. Highly recommend. Thank you to Rachel and the whole team there. Lovely space you’ve created ❤️

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My sugaring specialist was Jenna, and she was absolutely wonderful. I have strawberry skin on my arms, and she took extra care throughout the service, making sure I was comfortable and treating my skin very gently. Her technique was excellent, the pressure was perfect, and the results were amazing. Jenna is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients.
