Megan was so amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better surgarist for my first appointment! She talked me through the whole process, kept me distracted while I was getting my service done. Rachel is so sweet and kind. My hair was a tad longer so I was bracing myself for a painful session but was surprised that I barely felt anything, and I’m premenstrual so more sensitive. Rachel asks multiple times if you’re ok and or if you need a fan or a break, your comfort and safety is top priority. I come here every time I’m back in Canada. Highly recommend.
