This was my third visit to Shape Spa Miami, and I’m just as impressed as the first time. The infrared sauna has become one of my favorite ways to recover and unwind. The spa is always clean, relaxing, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the best wellness spots I’ve found in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

I've been using the private infrared sauna at The Shape Spa for about a month now, and it's become a real highlight of my week. The place is always clean, the staff are friendly every time I come in, and having the sauna completely to myself makes it so relaxing. It's my time to unwind and reset without any distractions. If you're looking for a clean, well-run spot with a private infrared sauna, I'd highly recommend The Shape Spa.
