Nancy was just incredible. She did an up-do for me for my son's wedding. She was right on time, the salon was beautiful, and most importantly the hair style was exactly what I wanted and received MANY compliements at the wedding. She also styled my cousin's hair for the event, and she was very pleased as well. I highly recommend Nancy!

I had my organic gray hair touch-up done by Alex at Hair Club 20 Arcadia, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Alex took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and used an organic color that provided excellent gray coverage while being gentle on my hair and scalp. The color blended perfectly with the rest of my hair, leaving it looking natural, shiny, and healthy. The salon was clean, welcoming, and professional, and Alex’s attention to detail really showed throughout the entire process.

Did my second keratin treatment with Ann. Hair is so much easier to style now and has helped with hair frizz tremendously. Couple issues, the Russian stylist takes FaceTimes calls and blasts the volume- whole salon has to listen to her call, so inappropriate. Second owner is charging 3 percent credit card fee which she should be paying and doesn’t tell you, I saw it on the breakdown ( illegal to do without telling people. Adds up on a 375 $ hair service. Everyone is super nice other than that.

I loved it! Jazmin was the person who did my hair and she did absolutely amazing. I loved the service and I loved how sweet she was towards me. Super easy to talk to and for sure going back!! Wasn't super pricey either and the salon was clean!

Nancy Morales is an artist and an expert at what you does! She saved my hair! My hair had become a frizz ball of chaos but with her sensitive and healing touch my hair been restored. Sarah is the only hairstylist for me! She can handle my thick greying hair super well! She can manage grey root coverage for my dark brown mildly lightened highlighted hair seamlessly! She can squeeze me in when I need to reschedule for whatever reason. She’s honestly so easy to talk to and I always feel genuinely excited for my appointments with Sarah!

I got a keratin treatment from Zigy. He was very professional during the entire service. He gave me an eye shield, mask, and eye cover for the keratin treatment which was really helpful with the fumes. I got a haircut and the keratin treatment all within 3 hours and my hair is so smooth and straight now. Zigy even recognized that my hair was really curly and put extra straightening cream into my hair for free. I would highly recommend Hair Club 20!

Alex permed my hair and it was amazing! He didn't do what i was asking him to do for my hair but it turned out amazing than what my previously asked him to do for my hair and that Im glad that i took his suggestions.
