"I had an amazing experience at Insta-Glam Beauty Salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The salon was clean, beautifully designed, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I had my organic gray hair touch-up done by Alex at Hair Club 20 Arcadia, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Alex took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and used an organic color that provided excellent gray coverage while being gentle on my hair and scalp. The color blended perfectly with the rest of my hair, leaving it looking natural, shiny, and healthy. The salon was clean, welcoming, and professional, and Alex’s attention to detail really showed throughout the entire process.

Nancy was just incredible. She did an up-do for me for my son's wedding. She was right on time, the salon was beautiful, and most importantly the hair style was exactly what I wanted and received MANY compliements at the wedding. Did my second keratin treatment with Ann. Hair is so much easier to style now and has helped with hair frizz tremendously. Couple issues, the Russian stylist takes FaceTimes calls and blasts the volume- whole salon has to listen to her call, so inappropriate. Second owner is charging 3 percent credit card fee which she should be paying and doesn’t tell you, I saw it on the breakdown ( illegal to do without telling people. Adds up on a 375 $ hair service. Everyone is super nice other than that.

I found Hair Moment just in time to get a haircut before school starts! I was very happy with my haircut and will be back during school holidays! Alex was my stylist. He was very patient and good at listening to what I wanted in a haircut. I showed him a reference photo and he helped tailor the style to me. He also showed me some options for coloring in the future because I mentioned an interest. Because I am not very knowledgeable with hair maintenance, Alex took some extra time to show me how I could style my new haircut. The overall vibes of the place were very nice too!

I had my hair color done by Alex and I absolutely love the result! He really took the time to understand what I wanted and recommended a shade that suited my skin tone perfectly. The color came out very natural, rich, and shiny without damaging my hair. The process was professional and comfortable from start to finish. Sarah is the only hairstylist for me! She can handle my thick greying hair super well! She can manage grey root coverage for my dark brown mildly lightened highlighted hair seamlessly! She can squeeze me in when I need to reschedule for whatever reason. She’s honestly so easy to talk to and I always feel genuinely excited for my appointments with Sarah!
