Najla was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, making sure I understood what she was doing and why. She was very honest about what my hair needed and set realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. My hair had been through a lot from multiple box dyes and repeated bleaching, and I was worried it couldn’t be fixed. Thanks to Najla’s expertise, my hair looks and feels so much healthier.
