Amy was fantastic - in every way! She helped my 12 year daughter come up with a style and highlights for her hair that turned out better than she even hoped for. She was lovely and kind - even when a few of my daughter’s friends showed up and gathered round to watch. Huge thanks to her for making this such a great experience.

Najla was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, making sure I understood what she was doing and why. She was very honest about what my hair needed and set realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. My hair had been through a lot from multiple box dyes and repeated bleaching, and I was worried it couldn’t be fixed. Thanks to Najla’s expertise, my hair looks and feels so much healthier. The transformation was truly a game changer, and I couldn’t be happier with the result
