She was kind and welcoming, understood exactly what I needed to refresh my look, updated my colour, blow dried my hair and gave me a cute loose curl for my shoulder length hair and sent me on my way looking 10 years younger. As always it was a super relaxing experience with Paula. She as usual styles my hair with care and doesn't rush it. I always look forward to my visit.

Recently moved to Courtenay and I was looking for a new stylist, and I found Chelsea! She has done my hair three times so far and each time it has been perfect! I am just home from Mexico with a grown out cut (short) and I was wanting to change the look. Chelsea did an amazing job of styling it and getting it started to the look I am after.
