5/5 ⭐️ Jay Nguyen (@butterskinbyjay) is honestly top tier. I’ve gone to him for the Starlight Glow facial and I just finished my 3rd microneedling session, and my skin keeps getting better — smoother, brighter, and more even. What I like about him is he actually knows skin, especially acne/sensitive, and he doesn’t rush the treatment. Clean setup, explains everything, and gives proper aftercare so you’re not guessing. One of the best lash lifts I’ve ever gotten! My natural lashes are super straight and I don’t know how she did it, but the lash tech got them super curled and tinted — I usually need waterproof mascara and a heated lash curler to get my lashes to look like this. It’s also one of the most affordable lash lifts I’ve found in Toronto so far. 11/10!

Highly recommend Dylan! My hair was in the worst, over-processed state that it had been in decades, as I recently left my stylist back home to come to Toronto. Dylan took the time to talk to me, thoroughly assess the damage, discuss options, but also was willing to let me make the decision. As I’ve been coloring my hair for decades, I knew I needed to listen to him and it turned out so lovely! He also taught me how to use a product (that he’s doesn’t sell) to help repair. And the blow-out was so good! His building is undergoing some issues but don’t let that dissuade you! 👍👍

I have been getting my filler and Botox done for over 12 years religiously. I recently moved to Toronto and I am SO grateful I found Nurse Jearish! She took her time and asked me exactly what I wanted and she delivered just that! I’m from the UK and visiting my pal in Canada and was stressed about needing my brows done while away from home. Mani took all that stress away - she was so welcoming and calming and did an incredible job with my brows. I normally get my brows waxed instead of threading because I find it too painful but Mani was sooo gentle I barely even felt it. Happy to say I have found a brow gal I can trust in Toronto! 💛

The facial was incredibly thorough, and my skin looked brighter, smoother, and healthier immediately after the treatment. What really stood out was the personalized approach. Just had my highlights, cut, and style done—and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. Enza listened closely to what I wanted and then worked her magic perfectly for my hair type and style. The cut is fresh and flattering, and the styling left me feeling like I stepped out of a magazine shoot. Not only is Enza incredibly talented, but also warm, professional, and clearly passionate about her work. She has a funny sign that says "I'm a beautician, not a magician" but I beg to differ! :-)

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Dimitrios for two years now, and today reminded me why I keep coming back. He walked me through my head shape and explained exactly why the cut works for me. That level of detail, skill and intention is rare. His creativity, professionalism and consistency make him one of the best barbers in Toronto, if not the best. Every visit is an enjoyable experience, and I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. Highly recommend.

First day open after quarantine and I found my experience to be very safe and comfortable. They were very prompt with my appointment and got me seated after washing my hands immediately. I had my appointment for a shellac mani/pedi with Anna and finished off with Ellie. Anna took her time with my pedicure and I was soo happy. After these few months without any salons my feet weren’t in the best state, now I’m showing them proud! Ellie was such a sweetheart, she was very particular on my nails and also came to lending me advice so my nails stay nicer longer. She made my experience wonderful!

I have been seeing Shauni since the Toronto location opened. She’s absolutely the best! So knowledgeable, kind, and always wanting the best for her clients and their skin! Could not recommend Shauni and Starlight Med Spa more!
