I had my first apt last week with Kendal. I was greeted with a smile when I arrived and we chatted about the style I was wanting. We went through some pictures I had and Kendal was very nice and accommodating. Thank you - I really like my hair cut.

As always it was a great experience. Rina listens to what you have to say about what you are wanting and she tells you what works best for your hair. I am always right in for my appt time and out in great time as well. After going to many many different hair salons and nit getting the cut I was wanting or hoping for I finally found Rina and she has rocked my bob cut every time.

Kendal was nothing short of fantastic. I came in not knowing if what I wanted was possible with my hair having the preexisting colour on it that it had. Not only did she deliver absolutely beautiful results but she is so pleasant and kind. Kendall was very friendly and analyzed my hair style very quickly. Great result and I left happy. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that there was NO HOT water so it was not possible to wash my hair! How is it possible to book appointments for people and not have warm water/hot water? The owner should make sure its fixed before booking clients. Its the business owners accountability.

I saw Rina today and she was fantastic. I had extensions done and was not truly happy. She fixed and advised me on what I needed. Truly satisfied with my visit and will be back for sure. I have found my new salon Thank you Rina
