Kenna is an amazing massage therapist! She listens to what you want/need. She is very knowledgeable which is so important to find when looking for a good massage therapist. She understands her muscle groups, skeletal system and the movements of each one very well and uses that knowledge to release tension. Not all therapist choose to do that or can do that. I had horrible shoulder and back pain when I first saw her three years ago and she is the only massage therapist that has been able to actually make a difference. She is professional and personable which is a hard balance to find!
