Had a great experience at Valhalla Fitness & Massage. She was very skilled and professional, with great conversation throughout the session. She did an awesome job loosening up my lower back, glutes and hamstrings, and I felt a lot better afterwards. Highly recommend!

Lynn is amazing and full of knowledge. I immediately felt relief after having an aromatherapy massage and Lynn gave me great tips to continue the benefits at home. The customised take home oil is such a lovely addition to the treatment. Highly recommend 😊

The ladies were very friendly and attentive. I had the scalp care treatment and what an experience! Absolutely loved it, so relaxing! The products smelt nice and so did the linens. Will definitely go back for other treatments as well.

Ellie is an incredibly knowledgeable therapist who not only ensures you have an amazing experience, but goes to extra mile to help you recover for the long term. She provides way more than massage with a deep understanding in the body, explaining how injuries are formed and the best way forward for recovery. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

Very polite and welcoming. Good setting - clean, tidy, nice aroma and music. Asked a lot of questions before the massage to truly understand diet/lifestyle/stress levels/occupation. Understood the muscular problems extend beyond the sore areas. Very knowledgeable and even gave advice on how to manage issues between therapist visits. Perfect score for hospitality - She went over time! even after I was a little late!!! Perfect score for technique (I had neck, back, glutes, arms and chest done). Average score for strength, I have to say though. Great experience over all.

Every visit is amazing. The room is warm and relaxing. Lynn is friendly and down to earth. She has helped a myriad of different issues, always listening and adjusting the treatment to suit.
