I had a wonderful experience,The whole team was warm and welcoming, and the gentleman at reception stood out for being genuinely kind and helpful. Elena was fantastic, her calm, professional manner immediately put me at ease, and her technique was clearly skilled and effective. I left feeling completely relaxed and well looked after. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality massage.

Honestly I have never felt relief after massages the way I do when Tash massages me. I suffer from tightness in my neck and jaw from severe clenching and teeth grinding. After both massage sessions I’ve had from her, I have literally felt like I was floating out of there. Her hands are magical. I 1000000000% recommend Tash at Bellem Beauty. I went along to accompany my daughter and decided to do a 30min massage myself. I told the lady to do my back and after 15mins she was so good I told her to do an hour. She didnt just do my back, she did a full massage, and found and fixed tight spots I didnt realise I had. My daughter was also very impressed and felt a lot better after her massage. I've been looking for a good masseuse for a few years now, my previous regular one retired. We will definitely be going back.

May has been my beautician for years now and I trust her implicitly. She’s knowledgeable and experienced and genuinely cares about her customers. She doesn’t try to sell you a million and one products after a facial unlike other places I’ve been to and so I’m always so relaxed and happy to come back time and time again for the most restful and happy few hours of my life! Prices doesn’t break the bank compared to other places either.

I ex experienced wonderful massage in the store. The massage therapist treated my neck and shoulder problems and also treated my arm and fingers aching and numbness. I am feeling very comfortable and so much better after two times visits. They are very professional and very friendly clients. I’m super happy with them.
