I’ve been coming to Ratne Aesthetic for the past 4 months and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’ve completed 3 Plenhyage sessions, 1 JawTox treatment, regular facials, and 3 Pico Laser sessions, and the improvement in my skin has been amazing. My skin is brighter, smoother, healthier, and my acne marks have faded noticeably. A special thank you to Nonie for always being so warm, caring, and attentive. Huge thanks as well to Dr. Syafiq for the professional advice and personalised treatments that delivered such natural-looking results. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable. Thanks

My experience under glo house was amazing, I did hydra calm and neck decolette. Neck decolette was a good add on as the therapist doesnt not only use product but also gives a good relaxing massage targeting pressure points. Combining facial and neck is important as we often always neglect out neck. My therapist today was humairah, she is very friendly, informative calm and composed. She explains each step and concurrently addresses my skin concern.

Great experience. Got the woman package deal. Well worth it. Food is delicious plus it’s free. Massage was on point from the pressure to the stretching. Had a facial with the package. From cleaning to pore sucking with massage. Well worth going to this place.

Proper explanation before each cream/mask was applied during facial. Felt comfortable during the facial. . Except for the towel which seemed a bit gray to me. Other than that, it was a good session. Tq Umai.

The girls were sincere and hard working. The pedicure stool was unbearable for me coz it's meant for short people. The tools need to be sterialized as the buffer, polisher etc are used for many customers, it was dirty hygenic need to be improved.

Cristina did an amazing job! My facial treatment was wonderful, and I especially loved the relaxing massage and the way she worked on the trigger points in my shoulders and helped align my body. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend her!

Service yang mantap. Kak Bella layan dengan sangat baik. Sebelum treatment, Kak Bella akan scan dulu muka untuk tengok apa masalah kulit kita dan suggest treatment apa yang perlu berserta tips. Kulit lembut sangat after buat treatment. Next month kami pi lagi na..InsyaAllah 🥰 Semoga dimurahkan rezeki selalu Kak Bella 🫶🏻

Excellent service and nice place. The beautician who does my facial is very professional. Would like to come again in the future. Although heard some noise from other customers, but it’s understandable because the place is quite huge.

I recently tried the Hydra Q-Facial Trial at RATNE AESTHETICS & WELLNESS, and I had a great experience. The staff were welcoming, professional, and explained every step of the treatment clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout the session. The facial itself was gentle yet effective. My skin felt deeply cleansed, hydrated, and noticeably smoother immediately after the treatment. It also looked brighter and more refreshed without any irritation. For a trial price, I think it’s definitely worth to try!
