Chanel always provides great customer service, and creates a relaxing facial experience. She explains the products she is using on my skin, answers my questions, and provides me with an at home skin treatment plan.

Chanel was fantastic at analyzing my skin and providing a deep cleansing and thorough facial. With her professional counsel I was able to discover what my skincare routine should be for the dry climate that I live. Thank you Chica Bloom for such an enjoyable experience!
