I had the Luxury Revitalizing Facial and my experience was nothing short of amazing. From the consultation to the actual treatment, Candice was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. The space is very calming and relaxing, which positively added to the experience. When they say luxurious, they mean luxurious, I left feeling renwed in body and mind. 10/10 will recommend. I can't wait for my next session!

I have been going to Isla Spa for the last year and a half for different treatments (mani, pedi, facials, silk press) and I have always been satisfied with the service received. I recommend everyone to check them out, you won't be disappointed!

My skin has never felt so loved. My visit to The Rose Room today was nothing short of exceptional. I booked my facial but my appointment didn’t go through, however Avi rescheduled for a later time just to accommodate me. She knows I’m a pedant about my hyperpigmentation issues as I complain all the time but I’d never done a professional facial. Avi took her time and pampered me and the facial turned from “just a facial” to a full blown pampering experience where I was able to relax and zone totally out while she handled me with care and love. I cannot wait to go back!

The ambiance in the salon is cozy and inviting. This was my second facial with Ritu. She walked me through the process on both occasions and made sure I was comfortable. Also her choice of background music is soothing. Ideal for the perfect spa experience.

Ritu, my aesthetician, was lovely and very competent, and my treatment was very relaxing. The only thing that could have been better would have been a little quieter atmosphere. There were people outside the treatment area carrying on a conversation that kind of disrupted the experience.
