Best experience with doing a facial. Kinselle was very informative and knowledgeable about every product she was using on me and was constantly checking to see if I was feeling okay during the treatment, which was so comforting and reassuring. She gave me skincare samples to help with aftercare, and my face feels amazing! I've also been going to her for Aerolase laser hair removal, and after only 2 out of my 6 sessions, my hair growth has already slowed down significantly. She's passionate and great at what she does and really cares about her clients, and I'm looking forward to my next appt!

This was my first time ever booking with Skin & Scalp. The team was lovely and especially Zuhal who was my Scalp Ritual expert. She provided me with the best experience ever, I think at some point during my appointment I fell asleep! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a true spa experience of full relaxation and care. She addressed all my concerns and provided me with advice on how to take better care of my scalp and hair at home. I will be coming back to Skin & Scalp to continue my treatment with Zuhal! 10/10 would recommend <3

Had an Aerolase treatment for skin rejuvenation. My skin is glowing and feels for good after the session. It’s glowing and my rosacea came down. It’s not my first time, though. This time planing to have it regularly to actually finish the package.

She has fun colours for your nails and BIAB has made my nails feel so strong after getting a bad quality mani from another salon jenn saved my nails! It was another incredible session of micro needling. This time with Shivali. She gave me some amazing suggestions for my pigmentation and scar fading skincare. Miss Lai is the best! She’s so nice and bubbly! She does the facial, laser and whitening procedures so well, I see the result right away. Talking to her is like therapy. Jenn is very knowledgeable and when you come in she assesses your skin and tailors the treatment accordingly. The whole experience is relaxing and at the end she will give a plan to follow up.
