I had the most amazing Heavenly Facial with Gemma at Urban Spa Beecroft. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different layers of the skin, how the body influences skin health, and why each step of the treatment was important. It was so refreshing to be treated by someone with such genuine expertise and passion. The facial itself was relaxing, luxurious, and left my skin feeling hydrated, glowing, and refreshed. I finally made time to enjoy my 2 hour Urban Spa Autumn special. The 1 hour facial and 1 hour massage that Gemma performed was fantastic. She was friendly, professional and applied requested pressure. I would not hesitate to book in another session and request if Gemma was available.
