The greatest facial I have ever had! Maxine is the most kind and gentle person. Everything about this experience felt relaxing, she used a luxurious feeling oil to cleanse and meticulously choosing products based on my skins needs. Plus the arm massage is to die for!! I seriously never need to find anyone else for any of my brows and skin needs 🩷

Today I indulged in an Introductory head spa treatment. My preference would have been to have an individual space. The dual setting does mean your treatment serenity is interrupted by the services being delivered to another client eg taps running, hair drying. Staff spoke very quietly and respectfully which assisted. I found the chair quite difficult to get comfortable on given its hard plastic form. Of course others may find the mould just right. The treatments and massage were revitalizing.

Great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the treatments they offer. I had the CO2 laser treatment and was looked after by Georgia, who was exceptionally skilled and professional throughout the entire process. She handled the laser equipment with confidence, explained everything clearly, and did a fantastic job managing my comfort level and pain tolerance during the treatment.

I had such a great experience with my skin health assessment. Bree explained everything so clearly, and I felt genuinely listened to rather than being given a one-size-fits-all recommendation. The assessment was thorough, professional and really helped me understand my skin, what it needs and the best way to achieve my goals. Experience was amazing! Head massage felt so good, enjoyed the shoulder and arm massage too, and the oils and treatment smelt amazing! Will be going back again for another soon! Narges was so kind and talked me through the session, as well as explained about my scalp and hair follicles from looking at them closely on the screen

Had the best experience getting the HIFU Maxi treatment at St James Aesthetics. The girls were so lovely, had a thorough consultation and overview of the treatment, all of my questions were answered and it was such an easy and lovely experience. The treatment was great, already seeing results after my first session I’m so happy, it was painless as well which was even better. I’d definitely recommend putting your trust with the girls here, so worth it🤍🤍🤍can’t wait for my next treatment!!!

Was my first experience at a Japanese head spa. Xan was amazing and so friendly the atmosphere was relaxing. My hair felt absolutely amazing afterward so soft, clean and refreshed. It was the perfect way to unwind and treat myself. Enjoyed the herbal tea and chocolate also 30% off service.

My first Japanese head spa and I’d have to say it was the best hour of my life! Soooo relaxing and nourishing. I had the massage function turned on on the bed the whole session as well so feel like my whole body has been treated. Narges was lovely and is so good at what she does. I enjoyed it so much I bought another voucher to go back again. I wouldn’t be able to afford going at standard price but with 30% off it is achievable for me.
