If you’re looking to experience a massage unlike any other, this is the place to go. I’ve been to many massage therapists over the years, but I can honestly say that Mai is by far the best. Her technique is truly exceptional, and I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

I had the best massage here, super relaxing and calming. The therapist helped me with a neck issue too. They also had a delicious fresh juice post treatment. Would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Shangri-la spa - the massage was so relaxing, it was better than a sloth nap! The customer service team was also very helpful, although my initial appointment got canceled the day before. Fortunately, I had to settle for a 45-minute back walking and body massage instead of the luxurious 90 minutes of tabel shower that I had initially planned. Despite this setback, I'm delighted to say that Shangri-la Wellness & Massage Spa has won me over as a satisfied customer!

I had the most wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. I booked a scalp cleansing treatment and it turned into so much more than that. The combination of the treatment, hair massage, neck massage, foot massage, music, and decor made it an incredibly grounding and relaxing experience. I had an amazing massage experience. Adam worked deeply through all the muscles, releasing tension throughout my entire body and paying special attention to the areas where I had the most pain. The pressure was perfect, and I could really feel the difference after the session. Very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time and tailored the massage to my needs. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much more mobile. 10/10 experience. I chose Toronto Wax because they had amazing reviews and I was not disappointed. Went in for a Brazilian and it was clean, comfortable and not much pain! I definitely recommend!!

AMAZING. They care so much about their clients here and always do the best job. I got my first session of laser done a month ago here and literally haven’t needed to shave since. Just left my second appointment and had my second facial done as well. They are so professional here but also makes it feel like a safe space to just relax. Highly recommend!

I went back to Raw Tropics and had another great experience. The full-body wood therapy was honestly the highlight for me. It felt really good and helped my body feel more relaxed and refreshed. I felt a lot of care and intention was part of my session. I also did the sauna, which was super calming. I also had a wax done with Kim, who was amazing. She was patient, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Overall, the experience was a solid 10/10. I’m already looking forward to my facial next week and doing more wood therapy. Such a good experience every time.

My first facial here was great! It was a very well rounded experience - cleanse, massage, moisturize and rejuvenate. Irena was very welcoming, explained the process along the way, carefully attend to every step of the experience and did a great job! I felt relaxed, refreshed and my skin was glowing after. I had a lovely experience with Victoria from Starlight Med Spa. It had been long overdue and I have never felt so relaxed. She was attentive, friendly and catered to my skin needs, having me leave with such a lovely glow. In the past I have left other spas feeling nervous to show my bare skin yet here, I looked in the mirror expecting that same feeling and instead I was radiating! Highly recommend! I also picked up a few skin care products and I can’t wait to try this non clogging skincare line!
