I had an amazing facial with Bruna! Since I moved to Perth, I’ve been struggling to find a good facial therapist who does proper extractions and this was exactly what my skin needed. She did a thorough treatment with cleansing, exfoliation, painless extractions and a relaxing face shoulder amd head massage. My skin has improved so much since, and my breakouts have noticeably reduced. The massage was incredibly relaxing too! Such a calming experience from start to finish and pricing is reasonable too. Truly a hidden gem. Highly recommend Bruna if you’re looking for an amazing experience❤️😊

An amazing experience. Felt like I was transported into a different world! The facilities are immaculate, clean and very well maintained. Staff were kind and informative. Masseuse was inviting, gentle and attentive. Had the best 3 hours unwinding, relaxing and enjoying a peaceful and blissful morning with my loved ones. Would 1000000% recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Had such a lovely experience! I had a back facial, facial and eyebrow tint and was so happy with everything. The treatments were incredibly relaxing, my skin felt amazing afterwards and my brows turned out perfect. The whole experience was professional, welcoming and so relaxing from start to finish. I left feeling completely refreshed and will definitely be back. Highly recommend! 🤍

Was an amazing experience for my partners birthday, we both work very physical jobs and it was so nice just to relax and unwind while doing something good for your body and mind. We will be coming back. Highly recommend, the staff are awesome as well! :)

My massage was wonderful! I felt very comfortable with my masseuse, she was professional and friendly. If I could add one constructive criticism it would be that there are pretty regular banging sounds, I assume from doors to massage rooms opening and closing. This was the only thing that really took the attention away from the relaxing atmosphere but it was only something minor. Overall a 5 star experience and I’ll be back! Thank you.

From the moment the door closed behind me I felt relaxed. The atmosphere of the bathhouse is like travelling to another world. Love the onsen, the quiet nooks, the incense the wonderful saunas, magic. I had a beautiful massage to finish off, was heavenly, unfortunately can’t remember the therapist name, possibly Pema, she was amazing.
