I had a lovely experience. Renee listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure I was happy throughout. She was also welcoming and inclusive of my daughter, which made the appointment relaxed and comfortable. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. We are both looking forward to seeing her again. I highly recommend!
