Michelle is the absolute BEST! After a while hair disaster and not taking proper care of it for YEARS, I was turned away by another salon. Michelle said she wasn’t scared and was up for the challenge. She spend the day with me. She walked me through everything, made sure I was comfortable with the game plan. This will be a process but I couldn’t be happier with the final product! Looking forward to my next appointment. Thunk you !!

Nixie was nice, she was running about 30 minutes behind. I would have appreciated a phone call stating that she was running late and ask if I could push my appointment back. Because she was running late I felt like she rushed through the appointment. This was my first time meeting Nixie. She didnt say hi or introduce herself she just told me to head over to the sink and started washing before even asking what I wanted to do with my hair. She didnt attempt to have conversation with me and chatted with another staff member throughout session(yelling across the salonat times) The cut itself great

Everyone was so nice and even though they were busy it was awesome! I had Jessie for my Hair and Heather for my nails and both did an amazing job and were so sweet.

Lexi was absolutely terrific! I loved my experience, she was kind, understanding and knew what she was doing. She did a beautiful job on my hair and was very accommodating to a few special requests. She was gentle with my head and didn't rough it up like I've had a lot of stylist do. I would def recommend her to everyone. I will def drive the hour to see her again! Thanks again girl!

I can’t recommend Lexie enough! She was so incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. The results absolutely blew me away. She is so talented, and I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever left a salon happier with my hair. It’s exactly what I was hoping for—if not even better! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.

Raven is absolutely talented! I came in with a hair color nightmare and she took time to work out a plan to get my hair back to being healthy and color corrected. I highly recommend.

Christine, the owner, is very very good with color and cut. Probably the only salon in the Pittsburgh area that still uses Framesi hair color, from Italy . It makes all the difference. lastly, the salonists don’t jump from client to client like other salons. When you get an appointment here, it is your appointment for the entire time. Great Small business, support it.
