Clean, quick, & efficient. I walked in seeking an emergency roller set and trim and received exactly what I was looking for. All hands on deck are trustworthy. This was also my first time, and I left with longtime customer results. Will def be back!!!! (Won’t let me upload my photo here so adding to google review)

The ladies provide the best service I love coming here for a blow out and trim. Maria had the most gentle hands I felt so relaxed getting my hair washed. Wendy the owner did an amazing job at trimming my hair. Best Dominican salon in West Palm Beach!

The minute you walk in you are greeted and acknowledged. The staff was super friendly. My daughter wanted a blonde streak and Wendy took her time to explain everything she was doing and did an amazing job. Will definitely return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wendy did an amazing job with my hair! She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure everything looked perfect. My hair looks absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I will definitely be going back to Wendy over and over again. Highly recommend her! ❤️

“The service and staff were very nice, and the salon was extremely clean, presentable, and professional. The owner was also very professional, and overall I had a pleasant experience with the staff. My only concern was the pricing. I received a wash, conditioning treatment, blowout, and had one track added just to give my hair a little more fullness. My total came to around $150, which I personally felt was very expensive for the services I received. I’m just not accustomed to paying that much for that service. but definitely a great place to visit.

She was amazing! I loved that she made sure my hair was moisturized before adding heat, while doing my hair, and after. She made sure to make sure I walked out with my hair exactly how I wanted it. She is my favorite hairstylist at Concept so far. (All of the hairstylist are great) However, I will be returning to see her. I think she will be my new ongoing monthly hairstylist.

Misleidy Flores did an absolutely beautiful job on my hair. ✨ I’ve been natural for 10 years, so finding someone who truly understands natural hair is very important to me. She was professional, talented, and paid attention to every detail. I’m beyond pleased with the results and can honestly say she has become my go-to hairstylist. ❤️ If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and delivers beautiful results, I highly recommend booking with her. You won’t be disappointed! ✨

My daughter absolutely loved her blowout! She is thrilled with how beautiful her hair turned out. Her hair was also conditioned and trimmed, leaving it looking healthy, soft, and gorgeous. She is officially ready for back to school and feeling confident! We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I loved how efficient the stylist was! She shampooed and straightened my hair in an hour!! I loved the result!!! I wish she would have given me a few soft curls. Next time I’ll ask for them. Online the price for a wash and Dominican Blowout says $65. I was charged $70. I mentioned the price and the nice lady at the desk said $70.
