The experience at Q1 day spa was amazing. My therapist Mathilde was very good at her work. Very professional and applied correct pressure for massage, foot massage was also good. Massage and Facial massage got me in to relaxing state.

I’ve had many a spa treatment/massage in my lifetime here in Australia and overseas. However, this was one of the better ones and hats off to therapist Bella who absolutely met my needs particularly with the massage and her physio background. Highly recommend it!

Was not impressed that we had to be there at 8.45am and all the lovely workers were there waiting but the owner/manager did not arrive until 8.47am.....did not look or feel good that she did not have the trust in her workers to give them keys to.open the place.....for a $795 couples experience not a good start.... the rubber slippers looked filthy and we're slippery when u put up foot on.....for the couples package Brooke and Mathilde were amazing....it was a beautiful experience and they are amazing at their jobs and very welcoming friendly and calming

I walked in carrying stress and exhaustion, and walked out feeling renewed in every sense of the word. My skin is absolutely glowing refreshed, radiant, alive but more than that, I felt cared for. Her hands, her energy, her attention to detail… truly incredible. You can tell she pours genuine passion into what she does. My skin is screaming thank you, and honestly, so is my soul. An absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end.
