New to lash extensions and went for the first time 2 weeks ago for a soft volume set. Syrie was lovely. Went today for my mini fill and Syrie again, was great to be around. She made me feel comfortable and has a calming nature about her. She did great on my lashes and I love them. I’ll be back in 3 weeks!

Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! Angie is such a gem! I had never gotten lash extensions before coming to her because I was intimidated by the whole process, but he’s been nothing but amazing and helpful!! <3 You can tell she actually cares about her clients and their experience, and I’m so glad I waited this long to get my lashes done because I can’t imagine anyone better than her.

I had a great experience with eyebrow lamination and facial hair removal here. My brows turned out beautifully full, fluffy, and perfectly shaped without looking overdone. The technician really took the time to understand the look I wanted and executed it flawlessly. I also had chin and upper lip hair removal done, and it was quick, gentle, and very precise. The process was much more comfortable than I expected, and my skin felt smooth with minimal irritation afterward. Overall, the service was professional, clean, and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Diana.

For my first time ever getting lash extensions! I had my first experience getting lash extensions with LISA🥰 and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! She not only made the process comfortable and relaxing, but the end result exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail she exhibited truly showcased her expertise in lashes. Angie was the best! This was my first lash lift ever and it was a very comfortable experience. She talked me through it and I felt like I was talking to a friend. Also I love my lashes now, I had very straight downward pointing lashes and now they're curled and lovely ❤️

Erica always makes me feel like that girl after every session. I recently got a classic set refill. Erica took her times, listened and executed my vision, adding a little flare to the end result (of course she asked me before she did.) fully trust Erica with all my aesthetic needs. You should too. Don’t sleep on KMB!

Angie was so nice! It was my first doing a lash/brow tint. I was a little nervous about my lashes since I always hear about irritation, but she was very gentle with in and kept checking in if anything was wrong. My eyebrows also look amazinggg! 💓 I'll definitely be booking with her again soon 😊

I went in for a haircut and full highlights with Nicole, and she was absolutely amazing! She took the time to really understand what I wanted, and the results were even better than I imagined. Not only did my hair look incredible, but I also left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Nicole is truly talented—kind, professional, and so easy to talk to. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to treat themselves to a great hair experience!

I recently had my makeup done by Erica and my hair styled by Deyanira for an event, and I couldn't be more pleased. Erica was incredibly nice and made me feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable.
