I am absolutely thrilled with my lash lift! The results are even better than I expected—my lashes look longer, fuller, and perfectly curled without the need for mascara. The entire experience was relaxing and professional from start to finish. The technician was gentle, explained the process clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’ve been getting my eyelash extensions done at Fancy Lash since it first opened. I love the store’s decor and the comfortable, relaxing atmosphere — and of course, their professional eyelash extension techniques! I’ve tried almost every staff member, and their skills are consistently excellent. My favorite is the director, Kathy. She’s warm and friendly, and it’s always a joy to see her. She’s truly an expert among experts when it comes to lash extensions.

My first time at Fancy Lash Chatswood. Wasn’t sure what style lashes I wanted but with a quick brief to Harriett she met my brief with above expectations. Her attentive listening and explanation with her gentle careful technique gave a perfect and a very satisfied result. I would highly recommend Harriet and will be a return customer.

It was my first time visiting the store, so I booked a Classic eyelash and 50% cover. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out at first, but the results were way better than I expected. I absolutely love the look, and I am considering coming back in the future. Thank you! Great job!

Lovely facilities, and friendly staff. The treatment beds are well designed so I am able to be treated in a pregnancy safe position. I have been a couple of times now for my lash extensions and they look great. Very happy
