Rach was absolutely amazing! I’ve had some bad experiences with lash reactions in the past and have very sensitive eyes, but she took the time to talk through everything and regularly checked that I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I had no reaction at all, and my lashes look incredible! Recommend 100 times over

I had my eyebrows tinted and an eyelash refill done by Rachel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rachel was so welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the room itself was calm, relaxing, and comfortable. What really stood out compared to other places I’ve been to was how thoughtful and attentive she was throughout the appointment. As it was around a 3-hour appointment, she regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, & halfway through even offered me a break to stretch my legs & have some water. My eyebrows and lashes turned out absolutely amazing too! Highly recommend ❤️

Very fast but still accurate applying the lashes. So polite and friendly, a really nice space to close your eyes and walk out with lashes completed perfectly ❣️💯🔥

Literally the best for lashes and brows 🤍 She takes so much time and care with everything and is so gentle, it’s honestly such a relaxing experience. My lashes last so much longer than anywhere else and I always leave completely obsessed 💕

I've been going to Flutter Lash for over a year now, and Louiela is by far the best lash technician I have been to. I have moved further away now but will continue going to Flutter Lash. Highly recommend.

Mubaraka always does the best work! I absolutely love how she does my brows and in the times she has done my lashes the results have been the best I have ever had. Hands down ones of the best in the business :)

I LOVE HER SO MUCH OMG, my first appointment was so welcoming and warm, i felt so welcomed!! she made me feel at home and made me feel like i can be myself around her, it took a couple sessions for my whole personality to fully come out but once it did, she didn’t think i was weird or to annoying, plus her lashes are just the best, i fall asleep and fast travel and i wake up to the most beautiful lashes i have ever seen on my face, so clean and so precise ❤️❤️
