Maria was very accommodating in varying my appointment time at late notice, which was greatly appreciated. She has a beautiful personality, is very friendly and professional. I have been going to Lash Envy for years now and would say l’m a little addicted. The atmosphere and the staff at the Berwick salon have always been very warm and welcoming. Bec has been doing my lashes forever, she is truly a master lash artist and is very passionate about creating beautiful lashes. I am always impressed with Bec’s professionalism and warm personality. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions, and the experience was excellent. The staff was extremely informative, clearly explaining all the dos and don’ts. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, carefully checking for any discomfort or irritation. Highly recommended for lash extensions.

She listened closely to what I wanted, and the results are stunning — wispy, full volume, fluffy, and perfectly tailored to my eye shape. Bec is such a professional, she is so gentle and so kind. Always making sure my lashes are perfect before I walk out the door. I get so many compliments it’s not funny! Such a lovely and kind person as well. All the technicians at Berwick are amazing. You hear the way every technician speaks to each client and they are all so sweet and caring. I loved Nikki! It was my first time with her and she was an absolute gem. Lashes look great, she was super kind and friendly. No lash glue in my eye, they look full and fluffy and the hour flew by. At times I had to try to stop laughing because she was really friendly and funny too. Such a beautiful experience, and perfect. I hope this gets passed on. Thank you Nikki! Eyelash extension refills and threading are always done beautifully. The service is consistently great, always with a smile. I truly enjoy coming here—they take their time, never rush, and make you feel cared for. I always walk out of the salon feeling amazing.

The environment is welcoming and comfortable! I had my lash extensions done for the first time by Ella who was very professional and explained the process to me ,which made me feel at ease and relaxed. My lashes lasted a month, which was great! I have just returned for a 2nd time and Ella has done another exceptional job :) Could not recommend more highly.
