I came to Elite before my vacation and recently returned for a fill. As an introvert, I love the calm, relaxing atmosphere where I can enjoy my appointment without feeling pressured to make small talk. After a bad experience at another salon that left my eyes irritated for days, Emma completely restored my trust. Vivian did such a wonderful job. She made sure I was comfortable and encouraged me to express my needs/wants and comfort level. I almost feel asleep 😴 during my head spa treatment. I got the Diamond treatment and my scalp feels amazing. I felt pure relaxation. I am the type of person who doesn’t like engaging in small talk conversations during any spa sessions; Vivian was very considerate of that. We were able to have a small conversation once the session was finished. It was truly a wonderful sensory experience for me 10/10 🤗.
