Genuinely no one does lash lifts like Z Boutique Bar. We did a korean lash lift with some extensions on the ends and they honestly look better than any full set ive ever gotten. my natural lashes are literally touching my eyebrows. ive had so many compliments on them already only 1 day after since the lift. 1000/10 recommend

Zaina is the absolute best! Her flexible times as well as mobile services made my life so much easier! There’s nothing better than having treatments done in the comfort of your own home! I’ve been wanting to do teeth whitening for years but was so skeptical and the results after only 1 treatment did not disappoint! The Indian hair oil massage was the most relaxing experience and I can’t wait to see the benefits it brings to my hair! Highly recommend Zaina, she’s not only professional but made me feel so comfortable and we had the biggest laugh!

This gym is great. I am stronger and stable on my feet. I can carry gardening equipment with ease and more importantly by having time at the gym gives me more energy and a better outlook on life. Come and try as Natural Strength has a great friendly vibe. I am a 70 year old female and it's never too late to start! Wendy

This was my first time at the Cosmetic Nurse’s Lounge and everything went really well , it wasn’t as painful as I was expecting . Nurse Michelle explained all the procedures from A to Z and made sure I was comfortable (such a lovely human) I would definitely recommend this place to others. Great workout when personal training this morning with Joe. Joe is the owner of the gym and is very focussed on all of his clients when 'p/t'. My strength and muscle mass has improved over the years training with Joe and then undertaking personal training at Natural Strength. Strength training helps the mind and ensures happiness.
