This was my first time at the Cosmetic Nurse’s Lounge and everything went really well , it wasn’t as painful as I was expecting . Nurse Michelle explained all the procedures from A to Z and made sure I was comfortable (such a lovely human) I would definitely recommend this place to others. This is my 2nd time here at Stefanie Napoleone Hair, I come up from Canberra and I have left the salon absolutely amazed once again. Kaitlyn is just lovely and is 10/10 at her job. Good conversation, amazing at doing my hair. I have curly islander hair and have been so hesitant about going anywhere. Until I came across this salon. I can’t recommend it enough. I feel listen to, I show and explain what I want and she definitely delivers. Thanks heaps Kaitlyn I always enjoy getting my hair done here xx

Zaina is the absolute best! Her flexible times as well as mobile services made my life so much easier! There’s nothing better than having treatments done in the comfort of your own home! I’ve been wanting to do teeth whitening for years but was so skeptical and the results after only 1 treatment did not disappoint! The Indian hair oil massage was the most relaxing experience and I can’t wait to see the benefits it brings to my hair! Highly recommend Zaina, she’s not only professional but made me feel so comfortable and we had the biggest laugh!

Great workout when personal training this morning with Joe. Joe is the owner of the gym and is very focussed on all of his clients when 'p/t'. My strength and muscle mass has improved over the years training with Joe and then undertaking personal training at Natural Strength. Strength training helps the mind and ensures happiness. Shanelle was amazing! Everything from communication, being on on time (actually early) and then her work....I felt amazing for the whole night and didn't want to take my makeup off! I wish I lived in Sydney as I would be a regular given the chance!!

I had a great experience at Natural Strength. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated being able to use the gym while the infrared sauna warmed up. The facilities were clean, the showers were convenient, and the location was easy to access. I also liked how private the sauna experience felt. While the sauna itself was showing a little wear and tear, I still enjoyed my session and found the overall experience very positive. The excellent customer service really stood out, and I'd happily recommend Natural Strength to others.
