I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier! I’m so glad to have found my new nail salon since I recently moved to Melbourne, I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for an infill.

I moved to Melbourne 8 years ago and I have been trying to find a nail technician that does a good job, and after getting my nails done by Bella I was beyond happy with my nails! She did an exceptional job and my nails never looked so good! She is a professional and pays attention to all the details.

I’ve been getting my lashes done by Kim at Indulgence Nails in Point Cook and I couldn’t be happier. Kim is so friendly, professional and takes the time to make sure my lashes look exactly how I want them. They’re always full, beautifully applied and last really well. Lovely experience. Had the Japanese Manicure after removal of gel nails and my nails feel so much healthier and shinier than they usually would. Staff were really nice and very gentle. Will definitely be back.

Carla is an amazing nail technician who truly saved my damaged nails. Her attention to detail and care is exceptional. I love that her manicure technique is gentle—she doesn’t soak your hands in hot water or wrap your nails in acetone foil, making the whole experience much healthier for your nails. I have been coming to Unique Nails for a couple of years now and find them fantastic. They know what I like, but initially they listened and checked that I was happy with what they were doing. They are always friendly and very happy to accommodate. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

Mostly good but there is a lot of space between the cuticle and the nail color and the cuticle is not as clean as last time, making the nails look a bit older rather than freshly done. For the price I think this shouldn’t be an issue, especially because the previous service and the other service during this booking did not have this issue at all. Just depends on the person. Overall good!

This is my 2nd time with Mia and I feel lucky that I have found Tokyo quality expertise in Melbourne. She is quick but very gentle and thorough. Best of all my nails last forever. I had so many comments too
