I came to see Natalie 2 months ago for a haircut and I'm still loving it! My hair is long and I needed a good chop but with shape and thickness. Natalie took the time to listen and work with me and my hair and took her time for a precise cut! You're in good, caring hands! The hydrating treatment is a must too! Thanks Natalie and I'll see you in a couple of months for a trim! :)

Natalie is absolutely exceptional. Every visit, I walk out feeling like the best version of myself. The cut is always precise, the colour is beautifully done, and the blow dry is flawless, she just gets it right every time. Her attention to detail and consistency are second to none. Rose is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to understand what each client wants and recommends what will suit them best. I wanted a very subtle eyelash enhancement, and Rose delivered exactly that. She also helped with all my after care questions promptly. It looks so natural, and I love not having to apply eyeliner every day. I’m really happy with the result and would highly recommend!

I always feel relaxed and pampered when Natalie washes my hair. The head massage melts away any stress. I have fine hair but Natalie always knows which products to apply for my blow dry so it’s more volumous with soft waves, ready for my Valentine’s dinner date.

Went there for a consultation only and ended up getting my Nanoblading done perfectly on Friday afternoon. Rose is a professional artist and therapist, she provided great service beyond my expectations considering my oily skin condition. I would highly recommend her. Will be back there for other services soon.

I was treated with respect and in a gentle manner. My hair was in desperate need of restyling and it turned out perfectly. The shampoo, treatment and blow dry left my hair bight, shiny and smooth. I will be going back.

What a treat! Natalie is a delight and really took the time to understand my hair and it’s all its foibles ( weird cow licks and curls that have a life of their own !). She worked with me to get a style that suited my face and my lifestyle. I walked out looking just how I hoped I would …. And that happens so rarely! Bonus points for realistic pricing. Rose is a gentle and caring person with a warm welcome into her clinic,she first drew my eyebrows to check if I was happy with the shape,she took extra care when doing my brows, and WOW when she was done with my combination brows she made me look 10yrs younger,her clinic is meticulously clean and tidy, I'm in love with my new brows,there was no downtime,it's my 3rd day no peeling and flaking,as she said and I can put my trust in her anytime,definitely would recommend Rose Clinic.
